Customer Reviews
We are a party of 4 travelling around the US. Over the past 4 weeks we have stayed in many hotel/motels & this is by far the worst.|Sits in between 2 extremely busy roads, so it was very noisy. Walls are paper thin, we could here everything going on next door (talking, phone ringing, doors etc) so again very noisy, we hardly slept a wink.|Moreover, the room initially looked ok ish & smelt fresh, but after having a water spillage & grabbing a towel to mop it up the towel was black with dirt from the floor. God knows when it was last cleaned properly. I went directly to reception with the towel & was told by a young lad called Luis there was nothing he could do. Asked for the manager & was advised he gone home.|On checking out I asked for the manager & took the towel with me to show them.|Sh
Mini get away for Valentines day for my husband and myself. Clean room and the staff was super nice. Big difference for 3 years ago.
I recently stayed at Motel 6 and had an exceptionally positive experience, largely thanks to the wonderful manager, Brenda . After a very long and tiring drive, my husband and I were so grateful for her efficiency and kindness. Brenda greeted us with a warm welcome and had us checked in quickly and smoothly, which was exactly what we needed. Her excellent service made a huge difference to our stay, turning what could have been a stressful check in into a completely seamless one. We truly appreciated her professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you, brenda for making our arrival so pleasant!
First off, I will say that the location was great (close to almost everything) and the service was fine. However, I will avoid staying at this Motel 6 ever again. The door to our room was stuck closed and very difficult to open. I informed the front desk of this and they said a lot of the doors are hard to open in the wintertime due to cold weather. I can't imagine that anyone but a strong person would be able to get the door open to these rooms. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. There was barely enough pressure to rinse off. The third strike was the trash in the parking lot. It would've taken an employee about 5 minutes to walk through and pick it up, yet there was a liquor bottle and cigarette butts in the parking lot the entire time we were there. T
My wife made me a last minute reservation for a 2am arrival, i was able to pay cash with no hassle. I was in and out in 5 minutes,As soon as I opened the door, I smelled fresh linens. The room was simple but well put together. Very clean. Walk in shower with steamy hot water.
