Customer Reviews
Staff was phenomenal. Rooms do not have microwave or fridges. For the price, the room was fine. Could have been a bit cleaner, though. There were food crumbs all over the floor. But, honestly, for the cost and friendliness of the staff, I would recommend staying here if travelling through.
Room was clean and the staff was helpful. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear a lot, especially if you’re on the side of the freeway. The room smelled like smoke and lights didn’t work, but overall wasn’t bad. A/C and heating was good. Pretty good value for the price.
Positive: Not one thing. Negative: Fan in bathroom did NOT work, laundry machines were not working, internet access was nonexistent for three different phones and two laptops. Not one could get internet. Reservation was for room with two queen size beds and refrigerator, we got neither.
The area where it’s located has a lot of homeless people walking around. The WiFi connection was horrible. The Television screen was very dim to where it was hard to see the program. Some of the outlets were not working as well as some of the lights. The towels are very low quality.
The first room had a severely damaged door, which looked as if someone had previously broken into that room, making the door very difficult to close, as well as easy to open from the outside by simply pushing the door. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff with pictures, and they changed my room. The second room had what looked to be drug paraphernalia in the room. I took pictures and showed them to the office, and they gave me a full refund. I have small children, and we were extremely tired after a long and exhausting drive, and I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this location.
