About 6 miles East of lucerne valley 'downtown'. And fairly rough but available for a decent monthly rate for RVs which is about 550 or 560 depending on who you talk to plus electric. There is no age restriction on your RV. There are many very mature trees at the RV parking spaces too. As with any budget RV park people tend to wander around at all times of the night and morning And it is very close to the 247 highway so there is that noise although it is much less early in the morning.There is a bus stop just outside of the front entrance That turns around and goes back to Victorville, Hesperia. As you can imagine there are people here with some kind of life story that pushed them to this place but overall people here are quite nice. The owners are easy to work with and are friendly enou

I recently had a visit with someone who lives there and I had never been. Very easy to get to via Google maps. (Thank you Google) WARNING for anyone who may visit: BEWARE OF THE ENTRANCE OF THE RV PARK! The driveway is protruding literally to a point where the dirt meets the asphalt at the opening. I drive a car with low profile tires and even though I noticed it just before entering and was very careful; it scraped the undercarriage of the car severely! Otherwise it seems like a quiet place to live.

I have been living there for about a month, and so far it has been rather peaceful and the Moss's are very good at keeping things running smoothly. Update 7 years later: Most of the time during the day it seems okay, but once they get you in here you find out that some of the neighbors are very rude and inconsiderate and the owners don't care. I was told if I had problems with other tenants that it was a business and I was to deal with it myself. But then when I am forced to the owners have a problem with it as well as the tenant. My rent is going up twice in the last year and the owners keep moving people next to me that are incredibly noisy, rude, inconsiderate, and feel that it's okay to let your dog out in the wee hours of the morning and it consistently barks almost everyday.

Other than some intoxicated man hiding in the shadows, telling us we need to slow down because the speed limit is 10 miles an hour but if there is dust to slow down; on repeat. Appeared to be well set up. Electricity available, all necessary hook ups and decent size lots. To be continued!
