Moorea Longhouse at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort

Beautiful resort but showing some wear and tear in the DVC villa rooms. Our kitchen sink didn’t work and the bath tub drain didn’t work. Stains on the nightstand. Lamp falling off the wall by bed. Light in the twin pulldown didn’t work. Still nice size room and could see fireworks from the patio. We enjoyed the resort but kind of expect more for the price point.

Stayed at this resort for first time and was just okay. Room was great with a fantastic view of Magic Kingdom area and Grand Floridian on the lake. Could watch fireworks and electric light boat parade on the water from our balcony. Resort itself is very busy and not enough pools for the amount of people at the resort. Good thing they're adding more to the resort which should help. The property itself is nice and having accessibility to the monorail is awesome. I would stay here again once the new section opens.

I love the atmosphere at the Polynesian resort! It is an absolutely beautiful place to be and the resort is filled with wonderful restaurants and shops. The pool area is lovely and can be enjoyed by all ages. There's a splash pad area with different water slides to enjoy. There's also a bar on site and plenty of clean towels to use! You have amazing views and can see fireworks from Magic Kingdom from several locations at the Polynesian including the pool area and O'hana restaurant. The most convenient part of the Polynesian is the monorail! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I'm giving 4 stars because of the rooms. We stayed at the Moorea Longhouse and was surprised by the lack of storage. There's a decent closet, but no drawers to store anything and like 10 hangers in the closet. Our

Absolutely beautiful resort. Lots of construction going on near the East end towards the transportation center and it starts fairly early. Room's great, amenity is great, you've got it all right here and you're on the monorail

Perfect location, fabulous spacious rooms and super staff. Excellent transport options to the theme parks and beyond. Have been to many Disney hotels and many are great but the Poly is the best. Staff were superb and I can't wait to go back. Pool, restaurant and other facilities are top.
