Monumental Hotel Orlando

Just a place to sleep and shower. Pool area looked amazing. Room, uncomfortable bed room 121 it rolls to the middle. Not the most updated which is ok for me but not extremely clean either. Hairball on the back of shower curtain, strings around shower lever, something stuck in the drain in the bathroom junk around faucet. Got ice had dirt in the plastic bag unknow if in the bag or machine. If you have a hard time walking or have lots of kids this place is not for you. Its far to check in then the parking lot is not close to the door. Everyone smokes directly outside back door so if breathing is an issue for you be aware you will smell it in and out the middle back door. Told them at checkout about these things and the worker said oh sorry and got back on the phone. So they know. Probably wa

I had a great stay at Monumental Hotel Orlando. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, including common areas. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful during the entire stay. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind after long days. Overall, it’s a great value hotel and I would definitely stay again.

Keeping it short and simple Not worth the stay The beds were uncomfortable I wouldn’t even call the pillow a pillow. It didn’t even have any fluffy to it. Had to fold it in half to get any support The bathroom tub had a huge stain in it Ants were crawling on the bathroom floor The ac provided in the room was one you would use for an outside window and it was disgusting around it too The place just gave me all the bad vibes and ended up only staying there one night instead of the two nights They really need to improve and upgrade a lot in this hotel especially for the price

From the beginning it was terrible. There were only 2 carts to carry our luggage and both of them were nearly inoperable. The wheels were flat and it took me and my wife to push the cart. the rooms seam clean until you look a little closer. Floors were dirty, towels dingy, furniture was dusty and you could barely see out of the windows in the room. The shower head broke of in my hand while trying to take a shower. A maintenance man came and tried to fix it. 30 minutes later we were moved to another room. In the new room, the king size bed was sinking in the middle; it was late and we were too tired to complain. The next night the bed collapsed , and it took until midday until some came to fix the bed. There is no microwave in any of the rooms. There is a small one in the lobby vending mach

Positive: Nothing Negative: I had food and other items delivered from Walmart plus. It was stolen a.d they didn't even look at the cameras to see who took it and try to get it back for me. This sink was also clogged the whole time and the toilet would overflow
