Terrible experience. We showed up around 1030pm after a long day at the parks expected to relax. As we settled in we got the girls in the shower and the shower drain was clogged... water was draining so slowly it almost overflowed. I called the front desk just to be told I pretty much had to deal with it and not use the shower... they said they were overbooked and cant move me to another room all the front desk "Josh" would say to me was he would put in a work order. After me explaining my situation multiple times expecting a different response I received a response of "this is all we can do do you UNDERSTAND." So not only do I pay full price for the stay where I cant use the shower without flooding the bathroom but I recieve Terrible customer service from the front desk! To add insult to

Before you book this hotel, please read all reviews. We truly thought we had found a hidden gem in Orlando for us to stay at on our last minute trips over to the parks. We were definitely bamboozled. Our room was supposed to have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Instead when we walked into our room we found none of those, and only a small beverage cooler. Before even entering our room we were greeted with lots of safety hazards such as a storage room taped off with caution tape and lots of random construction materials, as well as metal sticking out from the door frame that we were cut on. Let me start with the positives. My family enjoyed the breakfast included with the room. It had a good variety of hot and cold items and the staff were very pleasant. The hotel is in a prime location for any theme parks you might be going to. The room was spacious, however, it was unclean and missing random furnishings. For example, there was no toilet paper roll, and you could see where the only shelf in the shower had been removed. We had various roaches sharing the room with us that would scurry away when you turned on a light or walked quickly into a room. Most concerningly, the sprinklers malfunctioned and flooded some rooms across the hall. In addition to soaking wet hallway carpet, a flood clean-up team set up loud equipment that ran throughout the night, making a lot of noise! I

We thought we were getting a good deal at this conveniently located property with breakfast, pool, and shuttle to the theme parks. The description stated the hotel was under renovation so we were ready for cosmetic issues and some noise during the day. But we were not anticipating just how bad a hotel could be. The location was indeed good, 15 minutes drive to Universal and even closer to Disney. Breakfast was from 6:30-9:30 with eggs, sausage, and waffles, with French toast sticks on 2 of the 4 days. The shuttle was a total bait and switch: only one drop off and one pick up time per park in the middle of the day, so we drove instead to rope drop and stay till close. The beds were very comfortable and came with a warm, cozy comforter that made it easy to sleep really well. The breakfast was super complete and delicious. The service was always extremely efficient. The beds were made every day and fresh, clean towels were always provided. The room was spacious, very cozy, and perfectly suitable for three adults.
