Monnett Homestead B&B at Zion

Fantastic stay! Our room was very comfortable, the provided breakfast was a nice touch and convenient to grab anything for your schedule, and the E-bike rental offer was a MUST! Only about 30 minutes to Zion National Park! Hot tub and pool offerings are fantastic for the summer and sore muscles after hiking! We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Air BnB at La Verkin, close to Zion National Park. We spend two nights in this beautiful, clean and friendly atmosphere and enjoyed every second of it. A big plus is the jacuzzi which is always available for guests after a challenging hike at the national park. 10/10, would come again.

We needed a little weekend getaway and this darling space was perfect! We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable in the beautiful and cozy space. The location made it so nice and easy to get to the beautiful national parks, and there were quite a few good food options nearby! I also loved not having to worry about breakfast. I highly suggest staying at this beautiful B&B if you ever want to go explore southern Utah.

The Monnett Homestead provided us with a beautiful stay. The proximity to Zion National Park, Red Cliffs Reserve, Hurricane, and St George was amazing. The Homestead is owned by an amazing and kind family that will take great care of you. We appreciated the extra care they took of us on our weekend away. The room was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and much appreciated by my aching back! The amenities were also excellent after a long day, the hot tub was a big hit with my wife. The Homestead is affordable, quiet, and convenient for any traveler wanting to see the world renowned Red Rocks of Southern Utah. The Homestead's small-town historical roots shine through and welcome any visitor to settle in, get comfortable, and explore!

We had a great stay! The room was comfortable clean and private. So close to so many places. We loved our drive up Kolob. Also loved star gazing in the hot tub. Highly recommend staying.
