Elysia went above & beyond to help with our check-in at Klipper & the cottages. Then on the day of the tsunami warnings the team did great job of trying to give out information upon checkin, and put others at ease on the phone lines.
It is very spacious and clean. Didn't really know what to expect. Buy I was impressed!! The staff was very nice! Read your email concerning where to check in after hours. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.
We stayed in beach cottage 1606 and had access to a private beach and beautiful vistas. The accommodations were clean and functional. We snorkled in our private beach cove. The front desk personnel was friendly and very helpful. We would come again!
Elissa was courteous & helpful during check-in process! Loved that she shared her story that she's related to Joe DiMaggio⚾️❣️ Added couple photos of incredible views from the rented beach cottage at Marine Corps Base Hawai'i 🏝...great perk for military & DoD civilian personnel‼️
We had a great time here and the employees are top notch at answering any questions we had and had the most positive attitudes. 10/10 would stay here again.
