Mission Accomplished East and West

Great location was the only plus. It wasn't clean, we had to get the living room area rug removed because it was disgusting for small children to crawl on. The fridge was old, small and no ice maker, and one ice cube tray. It also didn't work at first because the plug was broke. Bathroom outlets don't work. We had to ask for the pool to be cleaned. No garbage disposal. Washing machine agitator is slow and didn't clean clothes. Three very small tasks. Cheap plastic patio furniture. Terrible flat pillows. In general, in state of disrepair and neglect.

Great location and pool. Our families enjoyed having adjoining doors. Now for the negatives: curtain rods were broken from a couple of windows. Only one was repaired by “24 hour on sight caretaker” (who was very nice but did not take care of things). Our brother-in-law repaired theirs when seen standing nearby window. Queen sheet was ripped beyond use and was replaced after 2 days. Toilet handle was broken for 4 days before caretaker replaced it. Still did not work correctly so our brother-in-law had to fix it. Bathroom receptacles do not work. Floors were filthy. Bottoms of our feet were black on first day! Bakeware shortage in kitchen. Cookware needs replaced because food stuck badly in every pan. Location great. View great. Windows need screens. Rented this house for hot tub; hot tub dead and particulate in the water. No response from EMERALD ISLE REALTY.

Most beautiful place that I have ever seen or been.I highly recommend this to everyone. What a wonderful experience. Well I believe it is too late for this season. Better get a reservation for the following season it is booking up quick!
