Lighthouse Suites - Best Western Signature Collection

We stayed for one night in December 2025 after urgently needing a room on Emerald Isle. I had called in advance and asked if we could get a suite to check in before the normal check in time, and they said yes. When we arrived around 2 PM, the attendant remembered our call. We quickly got into a suite on the ground floor. It was impeccably clean and quite large! We just needed to de-camp for the night so we could leave for home in the morning. We spent time in the living area reading and watching TV. For dinner, we drove just across the street to get sandwiches at Publix. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. First, the people at the front desk talk to you like you’re a truly valued guest and treat you with genuine kindness. You can see the smiles on their faces — which my wife absolutely loves. I always go where my wife feels happy and comfortable, and she loves being around good, friendly people. Second, the rooms are very clean. They even upgraded us to a nicer room, even though the hotel was fully booked. They really took the time to figure out how they could help us extend our stay. Came for 3 nights / 4 days for an early birthday celebration with my parents. The staff are the absolute best. They were all kind and friendly, helping to make our time there so memorably special. The location is very convenient, with Morehead City only a half hour away, a public boat ramp 6 minutes away, and public beach access only 2 blocks down (5 minute walk). The rooms were very well maintained, and we liked the layout, where the bedrooms were separated by a wall and door from the living room. Our stay here definitely helped my parents fall in love with the area!

I love this hotel — especially Diana and Christian! They are very nice people, easy to talk to, and they really know their guests. They always take the time to entertain you, answer your questions, and help with anything you need.||Tabitha was also wonderful! This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and wasn’t sure where to stay. The Lighthouse Suites had good reviews and it did not disappoint. The location was excellent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Out of season rates were very reasonable and the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. We felt very safe and the friendly staff added to a most wonderful weekend!
