Mill Tree Inn Millington

I had planned a trip recently but, due to weather conditions in my state, we had to cancel our vacation. I asked for a refund and they gave me a partial refund. I find this to be unacceptable. I am not staying at their facility. Ive had this happen before, and other hotels are willing to give full refunds. When I rebook my trip, I will not be making reservations for this hotel and looking at the other reviews I dodged a bullet.

Had a great time everything was clean and staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place

Wouldn't give us extra towels stayed 3 nights, said they only have 1 housekeep to ask again later when we did they eventually said it's to late. Wouldn't give us batteries for the remote, accidently over slept 30 minutes and cleaned up everything left trash outside the room in bags because hotels are supposed to pick your trash up, so we ended up taking it trash to the dumpster ourselves each time. No breakfast at all, and they said people complained about bugs coming in from the drain when we asked about the kitchenets. Over all bad experience and poor customer service do not recommend not kid friendly.

May 9,2025 I checked into my room was supposed to be here for 4 nights. The first room I checked into 218 wasn't cleaned. The bed wasn't made. Went to the front counter and got a different room. Room 118 the room appeared to be clean and looked nice. As I woke up in the morning to get ready for my day 4 am I noticed cockroaches all over the damn room!!!! I went to the front desk and asked to check out early so I can be refunded and change hotels. "Jodi" was the clerk at the time when checking out denied me the reimbursement for May 10,2025 and only gave me a refund for the 11 and 12!!!! If you are ok with bugs and stuff like that this is your go too cheap motel!!!! But for me as I am a very clean person this wasn't acceptable. I would take my money elsewhere. I understand this is a budget
