Mill Pond Village Mobile Home & R.V. Park

Quiet, safe, beautiful place to stay! The amenities are amazing and the staff does a great job at keeping this place very nice and clean. They are even adding new amenities and making it nicer everyday! They have private shower rooms, a pond to fish at, the washer/dryer room, and a pool! It’s also a great place to go for a walk around the neighborhood! Our neighbors are all kind and friendly, and I trust the owners would take care of anyone who’s causing problems. We‘ve enjoyed our stay very much here and would definitely come back when in Hot Springs AR!

I called to ask some questions about renting a spot and started the conversation with, "Do you have time to answer a few questions ab..." Jeremy who answered, rudely interrupted with "Ma'am, I'm busy renting RV lots and if it isn't about that, you can call back about 4 o'clock." Great way to get more RV business, Jeremy! That's sarcasm, in case you didn't catch it, Jeremy, just like you didn't catch the reason for my polite call. You didn't even let me finish my sentence, just assumed something incorrectly.

The park is filling up, check out the pictures here. Mill Pond is a no frills park. If you are looking for a quiet place, short-term or long-term, Mill Pond Village is the place to be in Hot Springs. The park has expanded to accommodate more Rv's. Check out the pictures of the new section. The pool has been repaired and filled!!!

I’ve stayed long term here for two years. Lovely place to spend time. Reasonable rates, awesome amenities, and friendly staff. Very well maintained and owners are constantly upgrading. I’ll be back next spring too.

New rec room new washer and dryer brand new sights got a river in the backyard are you kidding me this place is ridiculous would highly recommend for fun fun and more fun the family can come get away or stay away do it your way at Mill pond love this place
