$350 a week for one bed is too high priced the rooms are not worth it if you refuse cleaning when you rent a room for a whole entire week at a time the owners the female owner becomes rude arrogant and too controlling thinking that she's mommy when behind the doors is your privacy she claims if there's even a dust on the floor that it's dirty it's not clean she evades your privacy by automatically walking in your room rather you tell them no on the permission and you don't give authorization they are biased discrimination very rude prejudiced It is not a five star hotel there's no room service there's no animals allowed not even serviced animals they don't care if you leave your child of age in the room alone they think it's okay to just walk in without permission or try to open the door w

This PLACE N THE OWNERS HERE ARE VERY NICE AND PLEASANT PEOPLE TO B AROUND.. THEY KNOW ALL THE FAMILIAR FACES BY NAME.. NEVER FELT UNCOMFORTABLE.. ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN N UPDATED.. NEVER HAD TO DEAL W ANY UNWANTED DRAMA.. ITS LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME LOVE THIS PLACE

The proprietors of this sleazy establishment are overly involved in their tenants affairs, for no reason that I've observed! I almost didn't receive my 20$ deposit the very next day upon checkout, because they were unaware they only had one face towel in the room! They gave me my deposit, but were still under the impression I took their face towel! Anyway, the rates are great! The rooms are decent, as far as cleanliness! The owners are over paranoid about something, I don't know what! They just need to relax!

The owners are pretty nosey. I asked them for toilet paper, new sheets and towels and they acted like they didn't want to do it. They kept saying that they would do it themselves later but I didn't want to be bothered later I was trying to sleep. They also tried to screw me out of $10 saying that I didn't pay the deposit for the room key which I did otherwise how did I have it to begin with. For the price they are charging I shouldn't have to deal with them not giving me the sheets and comforter to do myself. I have also seen a few bugs/roaches in the room. Also the t.v. has a really annoying feature were a lady talks and tells you the volume when your changing it, turning it off, and mute that I couldn't figure out how to disable.
