Midway Inn & Suites

The tile walls around the hot tub are falling off. The hot tub took 10 minutes to get warm water and no hot water at all the next day. There was only one stopper (plug) for the hot tub and no stopper for the bathtub. The sink in the bathroom was Rusty and only produced Cold water. There were sunflowers seeds on the side of the bed and on the rug. There were Smoke Mark Burns made in the carpet of the headboard on the bed. We took a UV light and we saw stains on the wall with handprints that we have pictures of and in the bed. There were stains on the left side of the bed. There was a light out at the top of the bed Room 134. This is a king-size bed with smoking. However, there should not be burn marks in the room where we can still smell the residue the next day. There was no hot water

My partner tired to plan a night away for some relaxation. Get to the room everything seems okay. Long story short. The jacuzzi tub was dirty. I made a video of the things floating in the water as it filled up. Called front desk was told she would come clean it in 5 mins. She never came she called and said we had to come get the supplies and clean it ourselves. We was not able to use the speakers around the bed manager said they didn't work. We asked for a partial of our money back manager said no if we would have left the same night could have, but the front desk didn't tell us that or we would have left and got our money back and went to a better one. So no clean tub and some amenities don't work, but the charge you $150 and provided unclean rooms and poor customer service. ||||My 1st an

It's not a 5-star hotel. Now, the reality is simple: you buy a flight with American Airlines and want the benefits of Qatar Airways. That makes things difficult. For what I paid, it met my needs.

First off I absolutely loved my room that I was given for my 4 hours of me time. I felt like I was in my own apartment because of how it was laid out but I do have to complain about how I was kinda being looked at like I was a customer that they don't want to be very Welcoming to or talk to me like they have no problems with me but I got the opposite reaction from the lady at the front desk because I love to have conversations with people especially when I am getting a room at their motel, so when I talked she didn't even look at me and then she would nod her head and say yes. Hmmmm I could tell she was not interested in what I was saying about how I could also use my credit card to get my room for the whole night and she just kept telling me to do the same transaction I just did and she
