Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Zephyrhills

Staying here to be close to the hospital. The staff are the best! Katelyn at the front desk (as well as James and others) were incredibly helpful and friendly. We sat in the lobby playing card games and socializing in the evening, ate delicious continental breakfast in the same area in the morning. Small, clean, comfortable space. Exactly what we needed!

I had a two day stay here with my service dog, and I couldn’t have been more happy with the staff. When I arrived, I was running late (as always) and was greeted by James who helped me so much with getting situated in the room with all of my luggage as well as making the check in process go super fast and easy. I kind of been more happy with my stay.

Positive: Nothing Negative: I was charged for a room --- and the young lady at the desk still wouldn't check me in everln though she could see the money was paid and deducted from my account

Rooms clean, bathroom clean, great water pressure. Breakfast was perfect. Loved pancake machine. Various choices of items to eat and drink. Loved the 24hr coffee , tea, hot chocolate. Too cold for pool for us so we didnt use. Staff was very helpful and kind. Thank you James! We walked to hospital to visit a family member. Stores close by for shopping/snacks/liquor.

We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would tell the manager of the hotel is that the shrubs at the end of their driveway is a visual hazard because you can't see cars coming! Those need to be cut down or removed. Cars fly around the corner. Scary.
