Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williston

I've traveled the upper Midwest for over 8 years and this was probably one of the worst experiences in recent years. The staff here is nice enough, but this property is trash overall. It took three attempts to get my keys scanned for the correct room upon arrival (4th floor too). The next day my key wouldn't work, again. The TV can't connect to the Internet so that didn't work. The mini fridge was louder than a Culligan water cooler. The pool is out of order, which judging by reviews has been out of commission for over 2 years. The only good thing I can say about the rooms is that the shower was hot.

I liked my stay! Close to the Walmart and very good room! Big tvs in the rooms also, it’s clean and nice.

Says pets welcome I have an emotional support animal well behaved no bark or any bad behavior my pet has helped me and they so no pets allowed and the dude freaked out over my pet when we walked and and she sat down didn’t even bark didn’t even care he was there like I’m very disappointed

Positive: It was close to Walmart and a nice restaurant Negative: Itsy, bitsy, teeny tiny room. Unhelpful, uncaring staff. Signs indicating how cheap the management is. Super creepy vibe.

Two different rooms each day due to extending my stay. My mistake, both rooms had butt hair on the toilets upon check in. Pools out of service, coffee machine is down. Very dirty location and unhelpful staff. 1hr window yesterday where no one was avaliable in the lobby, people were frustrated trying to get help. Unreal, only use as a last resort.
