Positive: The beds seem clean and they were comfortable. Staff was very welcoming Negative: The room had a broken tile in the the bathroom and the floor was squishy under the broken tile. There was mold on the wall. No refrigerator or coffeemaker in room. Also the breakfast was horrible, frozen egg, frozen waffles

Absolutely a wonderful hotel. I was in town for the Ghost concert on Wednesday January 28th. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the hotel is close to Mohegan Sun Arena, I was able to get an early check in which was fantastic after the drive up from PA. The rooms are comfortable, clean towels, great bathtub, breakfast, if I am ever in Uncasville again I will a million times stay here. Thank you for the wonderful experience, the hotel was a bright spot on my vacation!

You cannot cancel your reservations anytime before 6pm like it says prior to booking. I booked the night before so you don’t have 24 hours to cancel. Trey hung up the phone on me which was rude. However the location turned out to be excellent. In my opinion the breakfast should include a meat option and water. House keeping duties should include mattress vacuum as part of cleaning the room. Overall 3.5 ish for a score.

These rooms are clean and comfortable and perfect for a short day. We got an extremely good price And the hotel is only about four minutes from Mohegan Sun. Our good rate included a light breakfast. Overall, a good room for a really great deal. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Hotel is dated and worn but it serves its purpose. Lots of patches in the bathroom walls from different previous shower rods. The biggest let down was the shuttle. We were told numerous times that it would come every 20 minutes. We arrived back at the Winter garage as instructed and waited well over 80 minutes for the shuttle. My wife called 2x and another guest also called and each time we were told 5 minutes. We ended up taking an Uber back for $12. They only had excuses at the desk. The following morning we spoke to the desk clerk again and the attendant said that this was the first she was hearing of it. Funny that my sister in law had complained to her 45 minutes earlier.
