Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rapid City

We had an excellent stay! Everything about this motel was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious — it’s hard to believe you can still find such quality at this price these days. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety to choose from, which was a wonderful way to start our day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. You can tell they truly care about their guests. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience — a real gem and outstanding value for the money.

We had an awesome stay. Room is very equipped to plug in any n all electronics. New big tv. Fabulous hotel/stay. Breakfast area plus very nice sitting/gathering area in the lobby area. Just a great hotel!

Room and pool was clean. Very nice set up. Had an issue with the tv in our first room and front desk immediately switched us rooms. Very friendly. Pool wasn’t much but it was just enough to entertain my 10 and 7 year old. Would come Back to this hotel anytime we come to town. Rates were also very reasonable.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was sufficient with a good variety of choices. Ready made biscuit sandwiches, gluten free options, strawberries and whipping cream for the Belgian waffles. Fresh fruit, yogurt to name a few items. No eggs. Pegs on the wall for hanging clothes are a poor design. There is no closet or wardrobe.
