3.8 stars ? Y'all Crazy The pics are not the hotel, I mean they are like 20 yrs ago. Just as most all other hotels the outside looks nice and well kept but this is only to make you think the inside is just as nice. Bottom Line it never is, at any hotel. Staff was nice, I will say that much and the location isn't bad BUT...................... The rooms, I got a single queen and barley could get into the room it was so small. Had one of the corded yellow old school hotel phones that looked like it was in a smoking room for 30 yrs. The carpet flooring you could tell was from when the hotel was first built, some time ago. No fridge (the pics show one) no microwave (the pics show one) No nice wood and the TV sat in the corner on top of the closet unit. So I would suggest bring a neck pillow

The price was good. I watched South Park all night and slept peacefully. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was delightful. There were a few cleanliness issues. The bed skirt was upsetting. There were hairs in the bathroom. My remote was gross. I had disinfectant with me. Everything worked out🤷🏾‍♀️

OK for a stopover, but I would not stay for vacation. Make sure you get a quiet room that is dry and smells good. If anything is wrong, report it, b/c the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, our first room reeked of moisture and mildew; as if there has been a leak not properly cleaned or repaired. The room they moved us to was better, but I would not stay there again.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Zero customer service. 2 managers and one trainee on site. No acknowledgment that we were standing at the check in desk for over 15 minutes. Couldn’t get the printer to work no apology for the wait. Room smelled musty or like mildew.

Excellent rooms. Bed were clean and comfy. Staffs were welcoming and respectful. Ample of parking space in premises. Served a decent breakfast. Price was reasonable. Comfortable stay on a long trip.
