Customer Reviews
It’s nothing special, but it’s better than other places that are in worse condition. It is pet-friendly, which is a plus. Breakfast does not vary. If you stay for many days, they do not change the bed sheets, only the towels. I do not recommend changing rooms if you are traveling with pets. If you stay in a room with wood floors, it’s a better option than carpet, especially if you are sensitive to odors. I recommend walking a bit to the market to eat. The food from the food truck—if you like it, go for it. Overall, everything is pretty normal.
Rooms were clean and we felt safe. There was hot water, although the showerhead wasn’t great. The AC worked perfectly. I’m giving 3 stars because the beds were extremely soft and hotel overall is outdated, and the front desk lady tried to charge $40 for early check-in, even though we only wanted to drop off our things. |Overall there’s no reason why not to stay here, plenty of fast food around and gas stations too.
After checking in late at night after a long drive I just wanted to go to sleep. I also had to get up early for work in the morning so sleep was imperative. I was given a room where stains were all over everything. It was absolutely filthy. My room was also joined with another room by a door. The walls are so thin I could hear what was on TV and the couple talking to each other was so clear it sounded like they were in the room with me. The smoke detector alarm was chirping and needed changed. It was apparent that I would get no sleep. I then went to the front desk and asked for a room change. The front desk employee was not friendly and seemed annoyed for my request. The new room was ice cold and also covered in stains. Definitely did not enjoy my stay and would strongly recommen
When I paid online I was informed I still owed. Took over 20 mins to get checked in. Elevator stopping felt like we were falling. Get to the 2nd floor and there was trash from rooms puked up next to the elevator ( first thing we saw when we got off). Room was small. Toilet looked like it had not been cleaned and there was hair all over the bathroom floor.
If I could give this place 0 stars based on customer service alone I would. Horrendous. They had a "glitch" in their system that cancelled everyone's reservations in October. And lo and behold, the only way to get your reservation back is to rebook at the now increased rate compared to what we booked at in the first place. When talking to the manager he told us "I can't change the price" and when asked "so you're going to be of terrible service" because of the glitch his response was "yes." I've never heard that before every dealing with hotels.
