Mi Casa Hotel

The guy working the front desk when we checked in was the actual personification of the stereotype of a self centered smartphone obsessed youth. He acted annoyed he had to get off his phone to check us in. We got to our room and it smelled like someone smoked marijuana in it. Told the front desk guy about it and asked if we could switch rooms, he said maintenance would have to see if they could do something about it first (acting annoyed the entire time). Said it would be 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes I asked if we could just switch rooms, he said no. I tried to communicate with him, he replied with the shortest replies with the least amount of information and thought he could give. It was like pulling nails to try and get info from him. Positive: Nothing whole experience was horrible Negative: This hotel should be shut down and condemned. The floor in my bathroom was caving in and had massive soft spot. Roaches running around the room one bed the sheets were filthy huge stains. And the AC was full of mold.

The room was ready on arrival which was good, specially when our flight was delayed pass midnight and included a microwave and mini fridge, which made it easy to store drinks and snacks. The size worked well for a family of four.The bathroom was ok and functional, but the lack of decoration made it feel average and blend. Signs of age were there, but everything worked as it should. Overall, the hotel’s upkeep was good, and I didn’t notice major wear or damage in the building.Check-in after hours was slower because of a technical issue with the deposit. The front desk didn’t go over amenities, breakfast hours, or even mention the elevator, so we carried

nothing to complain about my experience was great. when i checked in i was a helped with my stuff and guided to my room by a worker who also checked my room before i settled in making sure everything was good. the a/c unfortunately didnt work but he changed my room within 30 seconds into a way better room. rooms were clean modern welcoming. i did have to change rooms a 2nd time due to a leak being in the bathroom ceiling but no worries things happen. ive been here for a total of 4 days 3 nights and havent seen any bugs. the breakfast wasnt bad for free breakfast. id recommend for a couple trying to travel but dont wanna break the bank.

Worst hotel/motel experience I've ever had. Our first room had something leaking in the bathroom, so there was water on the floor on the counter and in the trashcan. In addition the door wouldn't lock unless you kicked it shut as you attempted to lock it. Finally, the phone didn't work at all. When we complained they moved us to a new room. The new room's peep hole was missing leaving a hole in the door that someone had stuffed with a paper towel. We found roaches in the new room. Both rooms were filthy with mold visable in the bathrooms, the carpets were sticky and every metal surface was covered in rust and/or dirt. One room had no towels and the other had 2 total towels. Whenever we tried to call the front desk, no one ever answered, just letting the phone ring. The "maintenance" person
