Meranova Guest inn

Loved this place! Great location- near enough to everything but never heard traffic or noise. The apartment was really cute- beds were amazing! Pool was relaxing. Just the right size for a long weekend. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely looking from the outside, but our room was on the ground floor and we had two disturbed nights sleep, could hear people in the room above walking on floor, toilet fan and music and talking through too 3am. Pool cold not heated, complained to the owner and he put the heater on, but was off again next morning. Room was quaint but needed a deep clean, dirty round edges and dusty. Nice touch was welcome pack. Overall would not stay again, great location but for the cost would go elsewhere for a decent quiet nights sleep.

There is no reception onsite. You have to call the number indicated on the front door.The room and guest house were clean and as described but you feel the lack of interest in refurbishing.The windows are not sound-proof and therefore you hear everything if your room is street oriented.The Irish pub on the other side played live music until 3am and the (drunk) bar guests were talking lively until 4am.Quite good breakfast place just next to the guest house.

Our stay was great. This was the second time staying at this property, and we will definitely be coming back in the future to try a different suite. The room was very clean and comfortable, and with it being in the heart of town nearly everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The amenities in the room were nice, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.

The room is delightful - very clean! The location is amazing - walkable to downtown, etc. The downside to the location is the noise. If staying in "the cottage," there is loud music in the area most nights, making it difficult to sleep. Everything else is amazing, aside from trying to sleep at night due to the loud music from surrounding venues. I didn't assess that from other reviews so am quite surprised.
