Great location near town. Walking was easy to anything. Roooms were clean at a good price. Was on the first floor and very quiet. Breakfast was fine. They had pancake machine. Only thing I did not like was the TV was too small. Other than that a nice place.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Dunedin and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service was truly exceptional — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. The complimentary breakfast was impressive, with a great variety of hot and cold options that were well-stocked and delicious each morning. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk (less than five minutes!) to the main street where you’ll find fantastic bars and restaurants. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dunedin and will definitely be back!

We’ve been coming to Dunedin for a few years to enjoy spring training baseball and this was the first time we stayed in town and loved it. We’re IHG members and it’s great there’s a member hotel so conveniently located - right on the bike/walk path that you can take to walk to TD ballpark for the games in less than 20 minutes. The hotel itself is run well and clean. Breakfast in the morning is done very well and they weren’t out of anything for more than a minute (bacon). Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend!

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location-right off the Pinellas Bike Trail and very close to excellent restaurants and shops. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. Danny at the front desk is friendly, courteous and greets us by name when we walk past the front desk. The same hospitality is shared by all of the staff including Penny, Kim, Shannon, Devon, Kate. The housekeeping staff smiles and says hello when we walk by, everyone appears to genuinely enjoy working here! After a miserable experience at a Hilton in Tampa earlier this week, we were relieved to be back at this Holiday Inn Express in Dunedin and Danny made our night with his kind interaction and attention to detail. Thank you everyone at this hotel and we will be staying here when we are in
