Great boat ramp and easiest way to ride to the end of the Clinch River where it empties into the Tennessee River

Very nice ramp. Easy to launch a boat or a kayak.
Fishing suxs I've never even got one bite every time I've been fishing and I've been countless times over the last 2 years but you always see dead fish floating around and what's the deal with the hazard signs what's hidden past the barrier why is it contaminated what the heck is going on there
