Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Knoxville Lenoir City/I-75

Very nice hotel! I spent almost 2 weeks there. It was nice very peace full and you have Walmart 2min away . The staff is friendly, the size of the room is ok and again it’s very peaceful! I recommend it!!

A perfect stay.. Clean, quiet and comfortable! Amazing breakfast, super helpful staff.. I would highly recommend staying here.

First off, the staff was excellent, front desk friendly, rooms clean, breakfast good but not great. Lobby and outdoor area were nice.||The bad - WiFi didn't work for my entire 5 night stay (was stuck at login screen). Front desk said they were working on it but it never did work and my coworker confirmed he had the same issue. There is also some maintenance related items that a new hotel like this should not have - dripping shower, dead bolt lock that spins freely and does nothing, loose outlet covers, and mildew or dirt along bottom of shower.||I am rating 2/5 as not having WiFi for 5 days is below average service for a hotel in my experience. Otherwise would be a 4/5 for the price.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was the same breakfast that you get at most hotels. My ratings a 2 because the one thing I love about hotels is you can typically count on having a nice cool room and if you’re hot natured then you understand. I turned the room to a crisp 67 but the crisp was nowhere to be found. I was super disappointed, I’ve never experienced that at a motel before much less a hotel. Also after handing my ID to the front desk and spelling my name out I still had to go back 4 times because they couldn’t spell my name right or my email (which my email is literally my name). That was just annoying because I needed the receipt to have my company reimburse me. For the price I’d rather have rude staff and good air conditioning.
