Meadowlark Ski Lodge

This resort was super fun, the terrain was dynamic and accessible to a variety of levels. The snow was also really good when we were there. The lift ticket pricing was lower than what I would expect and there were no lines. People complaining have probably never visited a big resort and shelled out $273/day pass without the rentals included only to wait in line for 45 minutes per run. This is a gem.

Meadowlark is a blast. The mountain is super fun, the bumps are legit, and everyone there is genuinely friendly. Somehow they also have the best food I’ve ever had at a ski resort. Better than Big Sky, Jackson, Red Lodge, etc. Low-key place that absolutely delivers.

This resort has a toxic, money-hungry culture fueled by staff who openly bully guests. The owners go on power trips over minor mistakes, speaking to people with such hostility that they leave embarrassed, shaken, and in tears. That isn’t policy enforcement—it’s intimidation. There is zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero professionalism. Management clearly tolerates (or encourages) this behavior as long as money keeps flowing. Guests are treated like problems, not people. If you value basic human decency, avoid this place entirely. I hope karma delivers everything you deserve. Next time I hope you think twice before you bully two kids that need your help, not your money hungry hatred.

A nice little local ski area to visit in the Bighorns. The snowpack was definitely low when I visited, but good times were still had. The lodge is really cool and offers great food options.

Great Venue! Absolutely Beautiful! Food was delicious! BUT.....drink prices were so expensive, that half of our guests/friends left because they couldn't afford to drink at a wedding reception. $20 for a double whiskey and diet coke. $8 for a beer. One person working the bar for over 150 guests. They need more staff, need to loosen up on all of their "rules", and they need to come back to reality on their drink prices. It's not peak season, it's not ski season.....it was a wedding that they already charged a very steep price for the venue and food. But again, compliments on the beauty of the venue, the location and the food! The gal we talked to, I believe was the owner. She seemed like a very nice person, but also gave us very cynical vibes.
