MCM Eleganté Suites Abilene

This hotel holds so many great memories for our family. It provides great gathering space with a wonderful staff. From the original booking with Willie to check out with Rachel, every person we encountered was friendly and professional! The three individuals at breakfast were super helpful. Kudos to JoAnn for excellent leadership for her team. Elegante is definitely a great value and experience .

We stayed here and it was fantastic, anyone who says anything about attitude maybe themselves had a bad attitude to begin with. We had booked a different hotel and it was awful, we were able to get a room later in the evening. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was not crowded and it was good. We will definitely be back if we have to stay in Abilene again. They also offer a military discount! Thanks for that!

The hotel overall was nice. The rooms could use some updating and deep cleaning but our room was not in horrible shape. Some dusting of the vents, cleaning of the carpets and up to date TVs in the living area would go a long way. The staff was very accommodating. The pool was nice but could also use a deep clean. My kids had goggles on and said there was a ton of hair in the drain at the bottom of the pool. The game room could also be updated and the costs of the games are too high. The breakfast was great and the workers at the breakfast were all nice and helpful.

This establishment is a cool place to stay. The rooms have great space & beds are comfy! Breakfast is good and the staff is very nice. I stay here for work often and like my gym time. I feel the gym is a bit week because they dont have free weights whatsoever but has plenty of room for a rack, easily. That would be my only complaint. Atmosphere has a Spanish motif with a good vibe. Spacious entertainment area, pool, pool table and more. You wont be disappointed. Had the pleasure of staying in their presidential suite lately and I had the best time with just myself. Would be fun for an anniversary or such.

Positive: Two room suites Negative: everything was old and run down. If they’re going to charge $---+ per nights, I’d expect poop not to be sitting in the toilet, lumpy pillows or scratched up old furniture
