Maytag Hotel

It's no longer a hotel. Its apartments. But it has a diner, April's diner. Very friendly people and very clean. They are open for breakfast and lunch. Closed on Mondays.

Very nice place for a middle-sized gathering. They provide tables if you need it and there is a bar there to use for serving. Nice interior.

This is actually now an apartment building. Nice, updated, fairly large. Locked facility helps to keep residents secure. The diner downstairs is in need of light, as dark and dreary.. but, the apartments themselves are nice.

Very rude and cops constantly here for something constant problems and shotty management has electrical sockets glued in bricks falling down huge liability and half the stuff like washers and dryers don't work maintenance isn't really a thing here I guess

Living here in these apartments was the worst experience ever. Regan with Perennial Properties has to be the rudest person I’ve encountered. My windows were junk and they never tried to fix them. In the winter I had ice forming on the inside of my window because it was freezing in my apartment and my heat didn’t actually blow out hot air. Only want your money, but can’t even give you your deposit back. Scam.
