Best Western Holiday Manor

I have stayed at this Best Western Holiday several times now, and always appreciate the quiet and cleanliness of the room, as well as the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast is a lovely way to start the day, and parking couldn't be easier. For people visiting family at Park Centre, it is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal place to stay!

I've stayed here a few times. I work in Newton but live out of town, so winter travel is tricky. For the most part staff are friendly and the breakfast gals are awesome. Breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are pretty good for the most part. Some.minor things needed fixed but nothing that effected our stay. The only complaint I have is the last stay we had to check in a little late and the desk girl was a little rude. Asking me multiple questions that really had nothing to do with my stay. It made me feel very uneasy and a little uncomfortable with staying there. Hopefully will avoid that person in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We even had a sweet note from the housekeeper. The breakfast was great. Pet friendly and had the cutest little Halloween decorations. I enjoyed my short stay here.

Positive: The hydrangeas outside Negative: A raised lip at the door that made me trip each time going in. Artificial fragrances entering the hotel were over powering. The desk was always empty of workers. 8 Noisy motorcycle men were able to park their bikes where you check in, under our window!

It was all good. Carpeted but clean. A/C worked very well. Nice beds, four pillows. Nice bathroom counter. Plenty of hot water. Weird TV remote which was hard to use. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and the usual items. We would return to this hotel.
