Maui Meadows Guesthouse

Andrew and his Maui Meadows guesthouse were perfect! 10 of us, 4-76 years old, came from 3 different areas of the country for a mini family reunion. It was everything we needed, wanted and then some. Andrew was friendly, professional, accommodating, and fairly priced for what he offered. It was so much easier to stay at a larger home, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathrooms, with our own pool and hot tub than trying to get a couple of condos close together. The home was fully stocked including, snorkel gear, beach chairs & towel, coolers, sun block, spices and more. I was actually in management, in the hospitality industry, for more than 10 years in Hawaii. I know what it takes behind the scene to provide such excellent accommodations and this is top notch. This house is amazing. It is even better in person than it is in the pictures. We were celebrating the lives of my parents and wanted a place for family to spend time. We had age ranges from 4 years old to 65 years old and everyone enjoyed their stay. Andrew has made sure that everything you need is in the home. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect. They have pool floats and toys already there for you to use. We ate many of our meals outside under the cabana. The location of the house is perfect. It is only 5 minutes from Wailea. It is also very close to a perfect beach. You could walk, but Andrew has beach chairs and umbrellas to use, so we drove. Parking right there to use. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made it great. We also used the twin role away bed for the 4 year

We went there for our family Christmas gathering. We needed a place for nine of us. I found this house through vrbo website and was little worried. But it turned out to be an excellent choice. The house was very roomy, clean and had everything we needed (all kinds of seasoning for cooking, snorkeling gears and other water toys, beach chairs, and everything else) The location is also perfect, close to our favorite beaches. We all agreed that we would use this house again for the next gathering.

My wife and I and 2 other couples stayed here for a week in February. This home has 4 bedrooms, so really it would be best suited to 4 couples or 2 families with kids. The house is on a quiet residential street. It less than a 5 minute drive to nice beaches and the Safeway grocery is about the same travel time. The back yard has a swimming pool, hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining area with flatscreen TV that we used every day. This area is enclosed by a rock wall and fence and provides great privacy. The owners live in a house behind the rental, but they are out of sight unless you need help of some kind. The rental exceeded my expectations. The owners were friendly and very responsive. Highest recommendations.

Spent close to 10 days here. Was a great house with lots of extras (pool toys, snorkel equipment). Owner was great. The only down side is the 2 bedrooms at the back of the house have skylights. So the sun comes in, and if you are used to dark rooms, it really is a pain. So you (and the the children in my case) wake up with the sun.
