125 was the best condo we’ve stayed in at sugar beach. Great service from Alii management, too. The bed was so comfy. All appliances were great. Very clean and well stocked. Definitely will rent it again!

We stayed at #329 Sugar Beach Resort for 5 nights the last week of December, 2025. We loved the condo! It is beautifully remodeled, has a fully stocked kitchen, and furniture that is both lovely and comfortable. The view is truly spectacular and it is wonderful to hear the sound of the waves from inside your apartment. I can’t wait to return.

This is my fifth time at Surfside. I love it here. We appreciate the supplies under the kitchen sink and the unit was clean when we arrived. We needed an extra blanket which was promptly provided. Thank you. Erica was friendly and helpful. We were frustrated about 2 things. We couldn’t get the TV to work properly til day 8 and our neighbors gave us a clue!!! Instructions on resetting cable box would be great! In addition, the unit needs a reorganized. The closet is packed so tight you can’t hang up anything properly and there are towels everywhere in the bathroom, in the dresser in the hallway and the dresser in the bedroom. It would be great if they were all one place so you knew how many you had and where they were. We understand it’s hard because they’re so little storage space however

Wonderful condo with stunning views and friendly people. Very clean and right on the beach. Bonus a farmer's market, Sugar Beach Bakery and Ululani's Hawaiian Shaved Ice just across the street. Would definitely recommend.

Really great stay and I would go back. The backyard views are stunning. We had a small ants problem that’s why we docked one star but I thought the service was great too. The place is on the older side so if you care about aesthetics (there’s rust all over the restroom for example), I would choose somewhere else. But, if you just want a comfortable convenient stay, this place is awesome
