Matlacha Tiny Village

My wife and i stayed 2 nights in the Iguana tiny home and loved it. The property was beautiful and quiet, the house was very clean and decorated nicely. Owners communicated clearly and were very attentive. We liked the app, made everything easy, great idea. Local restaurants were awesome. We recommend staying here for sure. Lots to see nearby too.

What a pleasant surprise. Didn’t know what to expect but we were totally impressed. Neat and clean, comfortable and so easy to check in and out. Loved our stay and will come back again. Ample parking and really nice deck area to relax on the water.

Re evaluate before staying here, great concept but too much noise from the main road and standards of the place were underwhelming. You can tell the storm damage not only to the units but old beach smell very present. We are Floridians and understand hurricane damage but cleanliness comes first. Towels not fresh, still crumbs on the floor, carpet beat up and always tripping in it. But location is there if wanting to fish and be on the water.

Positive: Charming little house with all the necessary amenities and accommodations. Great location. Free parking. Great hosts. Walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. Negative: ""

My daughter and I stayed in the adorable pink flamingo Tiny home! We had the best time! Matlacha is beautiful! The beds were so comfy. We loved all the special touches in the home from the flamingo bed spread, artwork and even flamingo knobs on the Cabinets in the kitchen. The outside dock was so nice to relax on at night and sit and have coffee on in the morning. Honestly, a lovely place. My daughter and I had the most wonderful time and made the best memories together!
