It's always so nice to be welcomed to an establishment upon arrival, and MBI didn't disappoint. Christy was manning the front desk that day, and she was very lovely and professional. I've stayed here many times and keep coming back because of the lovely rooms, amenities and location. Walking distance to everything: the wharf, the marina, and downtown. High quality linens, towels and robes, bathroom products and morning coffee and teas. Homemade cookies in the lobby add just the right touch after a long day of walking around beautiful Santa Barbara. Can't wait to return to SB for another wonderful, relaxing stay.

Location near the beach in a quiet but central spot.||Very good atmosphere and good & attentive ambiance. Beautiful building, in some way Mediterranean influences. Free coffee, water and cookies all the day.||Suite well above its stars. Very functional, clean & well equipped with refrigerator & bar in the room. Maintenance effective.||QPR very good. Parking facilities roomy. Pool clean with jacuzzi and reasonable for swimming and sunbathing. Some minor personal issues; GM very responsive and special thank’s for very effective co-operation.

This charming boutique inn in Santa Barbara is a true home away from home. Seamless check-in/out, spotless rooms, super comfy beds, and an unbeatable location! Minutes from the beach and restaurants. We loved every moment and will definitely be back. Special thanks to GM Miguel, Supervisor Adrian, and the amazing staff for their outstanding service!

Positive: Overall ambiance of hotel, location, staff at all levels, cleanliness, appearance, responsiveness to any suggestions or questions. Negative: Improved lighting for the mirror over the wash basin.

This was truly one of our most enjoyable stays in Santa Barbara. The hotel offered a very tranquil and convenient location, with easy access to various dining options. The in-room amenities were exceptional, and we appreciated that everything was newly remodeled. The beds were both clean and comfortable. Overall, this provided a wonderful setting for creating cherished family memories.
