Marriott's Royal Palms

Great experience. Stayed in one of the renovated 2 bedroom villas and zero complaints. Very new and clean. Staff was pleasant. In a great location just down the street from plenty of restaurants.

Location is great. Right next to Disney Springs. If space at a good price is what you are looking for, this is the place. It does have access to some nice amenities at the marriotts around it. It has a bit less onsite, but it does have a shuttle. One other standout is the grilling areas. They are covered, nice gas grills, and make for some easy cookouts.

Positive: It?s part of the Marriott brand Negative: Hotel employee at the front desk. Her nastiness really ruined our trip. She was so impolite and seem she did everything to make our trip bad. She is not a nice person in our 40+ years of traveling she would be in my top 5 of just mean and rude people.

I stayed for one night with my family. On my way to the hotel I got a text message thanking me for staying and telling me to get a gift from the front desk when I check out. I texted back that I hadnt checked in yet - no reply. A little while later, they started texting me asking me if I am still coming. I responded, and they wanted to know specifically if I would be there before midnight. I thought it was cool and meant I may get a nice personalized service. When I arrived the receptionist was nice but still had to prepare my keys, check me in, didn't seem to be expecting me, etc, so I'm still confused as to why they wanted to know when I would be there. When I checked out the following day I did not get any sort of gift. The villa was spacious and looked nice but it wasn't very clean an

The rooms are spacious and offer convenient access to all the amenities at the nearby Marriott. Having a full kitchen is a total game changer for a longer stay—it makes the trip more comfortable, flexible, and feel a bit more like home.
