Marriott's Imperial Palms Villas

This hotel experience was great! What really took it to the next level was the exceptional customer service! I would like to give a shout out to Chris and Diego. Chris helped us consistently through our stay and Diego assisted us with the hot tub. I would come back again just because of their exceptional service! The rooms were nice and clean and we had a great view.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite the first week of December and checked in late. Was greeted by a very helpful Maximus whose name matched his courteous service and hospitality. A delightful stay. Would definitely recommend. Rooms with screened in balconies and large kitchens rival Disney Vacation Club for the price and space. Proximity is close to everything too!

Lovely stay with my family. Great size room and very clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient to shopping and dining and of course the Disney Resorts. Good layout and wonderful golf course views. An efficient holiday if you do not mind cooking or just chilling out with your loved ones. Will definitely return!

I booked a 3 bedroom villa for 5 people. Everyone loved the villa. It was very spacious and perfect for our stay. The rooms were nice, its updated however not super modern. It was honestly perfect for us. We went food shopping and were able to cook on a daily basis. Our balcony overlooked the lake and it was netted so no bugs could get in. It was pretty quiet around the area. We used the pool closest to our villa and basically had it to ourselves. While there we used the gym, it had everything you needed but was fairly small. I got a good workout in though so it was fine. The location is central to Disney, about a 10 minute drive. I'd definitely stay again.

I was parking and a super rude lady who works there told me she was going to take a picture of my license plate because I was driving fast. I thought it was disrespectful because I only passed the car in front of me and she was really rude. I preferred not to respond to her.
