Marriott's Harbour Lake

We just finished a 4 night stay in a studio in building 30 which was supposedly recently renovated, along with building 31. Wonderful check-in experience with Lauren at the front desk. The major disappointment with this visit was the room being so dated. The tile, bathtub, carpet, and furniture was at least 20 years old. The kitchen cabinetry and sink area did appear recently refreshed. Upon asking the front desk, they did acknowledge that the room won’t be fully updated until they do a “hard” renovation in a couple of years. If you are looking for a very modern, updated room, go across the street to the Marriott Cypress Harbor and ask for building 30 or 31. As an MVC owner, we expected a higher quality room experience.

I’ve been coming to this resort every year since I was born and it’s amazing every time. Rodrigo is awesome, he deserves a raise. My mother also witnessed Angel jump into the pool fully clothed to save a girl. All of the staff is awesome to be honest except David (just joking he’s funny don’t fire him and he gave my brother ice cream 😊). But yeah I recommend going here and playing uno with Rodrigo. Oh and Josh has cool hair.

Great value for the price paid! Very clean and spacious rooms and they have a big spa/pool area. The other pool was closed but they might make some improvements in time for the peak season. Nice basketball court and table tennis area, they even have a mini golf for kids to enjoy.

We stayed in a two bedroom during Christmas week and were very happy with this hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and we loved how there is a washer and dryer. The hotel is a walkable distance to a CVS too (half a mile). We loved all the activities at the resort and collecting all the participation coins (Sand Dollars) to redeem for prizes. I loved the Key West vibe/ambience and the pools, water slides, hot tubs, and grounds. Thank you for an incredible stay. We will come back again.

It is one of one of the best resorts we've been to in Florida. Two very nice poles. One pole has an adult slide in the deep end. Hot tubs are phenomenal. Very large. The other pool has a pirate ship Arc in it with squirt guns for the children. Lots of amenities and things to do, including a on-site miniature golf course
