Marriott's BeachPlace Towers

Let's talk rude! I just called the front desk to ask about early check in 2 hours from now and the young lady who answered the front desk phone clearly had no customer service skills. She refused to check for Marriott Bonvoy members who travel often in Marriott hotels, if a room would be ready. We realize early check in isn't guaranteed, however every hotel we stay at can make a simple radio call to the house cleaners. Check out is 10 AM so by noon check in is reasonable. We are not unrealistic, more over trying to take advantage of supposed perks offered to regular Marriott travelers. Service is everything and this property needs a service attitude adjustment. All the workers were pleasant and made us feel welcomed. Jonathan the front desk manager and Fanny made sure our first stay was here amazing. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool area was still nice despite the construction. Easy beach access and the CVS being in the downstairs mall area made it easy to grab stuff behind, food etc. My family truly enjoyed this vacation spot!

There is a well known exterior painting project (9AM-5PM, 7 days per week) going on at this hotel for about 9 months. Our experience is, we took a room on the bay side and had no issues. If you are adamant on an ocean front room then DO NOT stay at this hotel. Again the bay side was perfect and we had multiple great sunsets to enjoy.||The 3 biggest problems with this hotel are the Uber pick up location, location, location. There is no front of the hotel, you have to drive into the garage to find the entry and the uber drivers don’t want to pay and fight to get it back. The solution is to tell them thru the app to pick you up at the CVS on A1A (which is on the corner). This worked perfectly for the 4 days we were there except the pick up day where the Uber driver was clueless and we forgot

Another great Marriott Vacation Club stay. Azeem was amazing - super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is the place to stay if you want an abundance of options for things to do and places to eat nearby. We are a little less of city people and prefer a more Hawaii-type vibe, so we do ultimately prefer Ocean Point in Riviera Beach and then second Oceana Palms. But if you aren’t renting a car, those places can be more difficult and costly to stay at. Beach is very convenient. Chairs are free to guests. CVS and Beach Cafe can make the stay much more affordable as the restaurants in the area charge a premium for convenience. Always ask price before you fall for the BOGO fishbowls 😂 not really a deal

For New Year’s Eve, my family of five stayed at Marriott Beach Towers. After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit apprehensive, but I’m really glad we came.||We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised that our condo was already ready. Jonathan in Concierge was wonderful and even gave my kids chocolates, which was a really nice touch. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. Although we didn’t get the ocean view we paid for (we booked through RedWeek), the space was still very nice overall.||We didn’t encounter any bugs in our unit. The only place we noticed them was when walking down the stairs from the hotel to P1 toward Cortez Street. Other than that, the service throughout the property was excellent.
