Marriott Albuquerque

My wife and I celebrate a February anniversary. When we don't travel to celebrate we stay at this location because we always have a great stay. As a Marriott Bonvoy member i called the front desk for early check in. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. When we got there, the front desk agent was not able to assist. He went to the back for at least 10 minutes and returned with what I am guessing was a manager. We were a little tight on time but wer able to catch our Uber. Room was great. Lots of hot water. The bar in the lobby is also a nice spot for drink.

We stay at Marriott hotels all over the world as I'm a Titanium Elite member. The room was very good, great bathroom lighting, bed very comfortable. Some freeway noise at night, even on a high floor. Front desk staff was fine, bartender was great.||Weekday breakfast in the Club was good, with excellent service.||Out of 3 nights there, our room was only cleaned once. It appears their sole priority is cleaning rooms being turned over. However when we did ask for more coffee, they were prompt in providing it.||However what ruined our stay is that some new shirts from Carlsbad and Balloon Fiesta my husband accidentally left in a drawer mysteriosly disappeared. The supervisor wouldn’t return my call or look into this. That’s unacceptable. We rarely leave things behind, however hotels h

Bed was comfortable. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, but we didn't get one unfortunately. Parking lot was a bit chaotic as people parked haphazardly and took up multiple spots each. Front desk staff was very helpful though. Wifi worked well

We had a great stay at the Marriott Albuquerque, but what truly stood out was the honesty and professionalism of the staff. We accidentally left a bag containing significant valuables behind, and the team secured it immediately and shipped it back to our home the very next day. Their responsiveness, integrity, and care gave us incredible peace of mind. We’re extremely grateful and can’t thank the staff enough—this is hospitality done right.

Our stay at the Albuquerque Marriott Uptown was extremely disappointing and not at all what we have come to expect from a Marriott property. The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. The windows and walls did almost nothing to block outside noise. Throughout the entire night we could hear constant traffic, including cars and semi-trucks passing on the freeway. It was so loud that getting a full night of sleep was nearly impossible. I would strongly caution anyone staying here for an important meeting, event, or competition to reconsider, because rest will be very difficult. The check-in experience was also very poor.
