Maples Motor Inn

Very reasonable, and the rooms were VERY clean. Yes, they are dated, but, kinda like a step back in time. Dated does NOT mean run down. These rooms are very well kept. I am a pretty picky person and asked to see the rooms beforehand, I was pleased. Stayed 4 nights. Staff was extremely nice, cleaned our rooms daily. We felt safe, in a safe area of town.

Perfect location, rooms are always very clean and love the vintage style! It takes you back in time in the best way possible! Make sure to check out the path to the Island behind the rooms — there’s a beautiful view with a stream and geese. My go-to stay every time I visit. Staff are always super friendly and make you feel at home. Thanks again for the amazing trip! 🫶

What a wonderful property! Very nice staff, very clean & bright. Freshly painted inside & out. Nice, peaceful patio overlooking the river with rocking chairs! Within walking distance to the LeConte Center & The Island. We will definitely come back.

We stayed in august during the jeep jamboree it was AWESOME! We had a place booked thru booking.com but it was just trashy so we came upon the maples motor inn, explained our situation they were SOO helpful and friendly, got our room it was so clean comfortable everything from the staff to the room was a HUGE 10/10! We just returned from a 3 night stay at the Maples Motor Inn in Pigeon Forge, TN. We loved being at this motel with it's long established history and outstanding reputation. We will be returning to stay there! There is so much to say about this facility. The inn is located on the beautiful river and is a five minute walk to the LeConte Center. The rooms are exceptionally clean and relaxing. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and provided us very good attention and service. There is plenty of parking with wide spaces. The inn is central to everything on the Parkway. They have a nice and safe play area with lots of grass. This business is southern hospitality at it’s finest.
