Majestic Oaks Manor RV Park and Mobile Home Park

I stayed there for a couple of months. It was okay, but not a great stay. You have to pay for almost all of the utilities. You have to find your electricity provider & trash provider. You will most likely have no power until the next day you move in. (We had to buy a generator since it was during a winter storm) They never really returned my calls rather texted me. The park isn’t suitable for travel trailers since the branches are so low, and our rv got damaged due to them not properly keeping their trees. They also expect you to cut the grass while other Rv parks do it themselves. This is rather a long stay Rv park rather than a short term stay. It also gets so muddy when it rains. They need to put gravel on their roads/ Rv lots. Also don’t expect to get your deposit back if you don’t giv
