If you rent, please make sure everything works before signing anything!!! Yards are full of junk and trash.. Multiple water leaks all over, Multiple septic waste runoff, and lack of electricity 😑. It's not new management it's the same people from a year ago. Also you will need to save money for an internet hookup. Supposedly they have wifi here, it's included in rent, yet it takes 1 day to watch 1, 30 min episode. No one here follows the burn bands. Rules or lease laws. Owners NEVER CONTACT YOU BACK EVER. If you need 911 just look around they are here atleast 4 times a week. Also ALWAYS HAVE YOU VIDEO ON RECORD!! RECORD ANY CONVERSATION YOU HAVE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY CAMPGROUND STAFF!!! You will definitely need it later. Also please look up texas landlord tenant laws.. it is harassment and

Thank you Rick for a wonderful stay at cabin 5 in Wimberly. Excellent communication. It was a nice home with everything we needed for kitchen. Wish the grill was working though. The cabin was kept nice. Probably needs updating a bit. Had two queen beds in a large bedroom. Beds were somewhat firm. However the view from balcony was great!! Porch swing. Loved sitting at the table in the mornings and evenings. It was quiet and neighbors were nice. I will stay here again.

Staff here was very very nice and accommodating. They are still recovering from floods and tornadoes that happened earlier in the year. It's very quiet and good view of the stars at night. Great for tent camping and I'm sure RV camping is good too.

This was our first camping trip with the dogs so we went off season. It was extremely quiet in our area and we got to see lots of deer walking right past our site. We had water and electricity at our tent site with a small pavilion and picnic table. The office staff was very friendly! Be sure to bring your supply of toilet paper. The port a potty nearest us didn't latch closed. And the main bathroom/shower building was not stocked with TP.

The staff wasnt attentive to our needs. The place needs work. The restrooms were dirty and no hot water.
