AVOID if possible Sometimes there's hot water to shower.... It's clean, housekeeping does good, just don't look too closely at the floor, in the cracks/corners, foucets, hvac units.... or walk on the grass. Don't mind the broken latches on exterior doors that offer a sense of security and look past the junk piles compiling around. If you don't mind ppl aside from your lovely housekeeper to let themselves in randomly during the day, this may be a place for you! When I was enforced to pack up and leave 1 wk into our 3 wk stay; stating because the room was booked online, the stay couldn't be extended. It was the final straw. She said ppl are forced to pack up and be displaced due to this "error" "all the time". Acting like these big corporations booking rooms for months at a time short them s

The hotel is clean and newer. The construction around it right now is bothersome. There is a great walking path across the street. The breakfast had. Nice variety and everything was warm and tasty.

We visit Williston often to see family, we have stayed here twice and both times we did not have a great experience. The first time we were kept up all night by three drunk guests who were fighting in the hall way right outside or room and the employees did nothing about it even after we complained. The second time our room was so dirty!! There was forks, old ranch containers, and whole pieces and food all over the floor and by the bed. Also none of the lamps had lightbulbs in them so we couldn’t use the lights. Very disappointed especially for the price of the room per night!

Rooms are filthy. I had 3 beds in my suite and they were all dirty. Counter tops/nightstands were covered in sticky filth. Paper thin walls, paper thin doors. When I told the front desk person that the cleaning staff doesnt know how to use a vacuum, she laughed, smiles and didnt seem surprised.

This was our first stay at a MainStay Suites, and we'd try again if one is in an area where we traveled. The kitchenette was decently stocked with silverware and dinnerware for two, wine glasses for 2, and a small selection of pots and pans for cooking along with a 2 burner electric stove, full size fridge and a dishwasher. Sometimes we like to "cook in" when we're on a longer trip, and we did this twice in our 3-night stay. Albertsons grocery is within walking distance, next door, but there's also a deli and a pizza place nearby. The bed was comfortable. The AC/heater was a bit noisy but livable. We had an issue at check-out, however, when trying to load our vehicle, the room door locked us out. One of the front desk men had to come and give it a code, then we had to prop the room open l
