Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I felt overwhelmingly safe, and I enjoyed that the location was not in the bustling downtown, making it a quieter stay. I did notice some minor cleanliness things, but nothing that made me feel gross or abundantly uncomfortable. Just some crumbs in the carpet near the bed, some cobwebs in the bathroom, and a couple of stains here and there. Service was friendly and easy to communicate with, and overall it was a pleasant experience.

Overview: guest slipped and injured in room, and hospitalized (no bath mats or sufficient slip resistance in tub); incorrect room types; room not cleaned on check in; room not cleaned on their schedule; poor supplies in kitchen and bathroom; poor washer/dryer operation; poor cleaning in common areas.||A positive was the staff. The toilet leaks and to be an extended stay there isn't any dishes or clean flatware and not one pot in the cabinet, only two lids. When we checked in the young lady want rude but she wasn't friendly either and she didn't offer us our choice bonus for weekday stays as an elite member at Choice Hotels. She was efficient, I'll give her that but not much else. The need was extremely comfortable but the dining table only had one chair. How do they expect two people to enjoy a meal with only one chair? Another point of contention, we requested a handicap accessible room but didn't get one. I understand that wasn't a guarantee but they could have told us that they didn't have one available, at least.

Room was cozy and quiet. Breakfast was lacking. Needed better protein sources and less ultra processed food. Need one ice machine to supplement the in-room ice makers. Some of them are too slow to provide ice, especially since they are off until you turn them on. At one time I stayed in this hotel for about $50/night. It was over $200/night now and the value isn't there for me anymore.

Your hotel was great. Everything was very clean. |The only issue that we encountered was when we checked in at 4:00 pm October 2nd. We asked about the airport shuttle service (the main reason for selecting your hotel was that the shuttle service was listed on your site) and she said they did not offer shuttles to the airport. I said that I saw it on the site and that is why we chose the hotel. She then huffed and replied "oh sometimes we borrow it from the other hotel" pointing to the hotel next door. I then asked if we could "borrow it" from the hotel next door. She then went on the computer and booked it for us. We were very confused by her information and attitude in helping us.
