Magnolia Pointe Mobile Home Park

The 1st thing the office desorganize. They tell us one thing do another. They had us sign a new léase then turned around and increased the lot rent said we had to pay water and trash after we signed the new lease.The Pool has been closed for 3 years now. The people are racial! They had not fixed the driveway after they dug up our yard. They want to charge for yard clean up but the people that cut the yard are to busy taking Photos of your car and house . Not to mention that thier are múltiple brake in. I was at work came home to find a white man looping in my window when I said something he jumped my porch and ran. I dont recomend this place at all. They are looking for excuse to kick all who own there homes out.

If I could give zero stars to make this comment I would, instead I had to give it one star. They're never in the office, have poor communication of any changes financially, or by policies. They send messages verbally through third parties and they hold your payments until they are late just so they can add a $20 late fee to it. These people are shysters! I will never do business with them again.

Its been a very nice place to live just a few issues 1 getting things fixed isvery slow . They Raised the rent and added a water bill so the cost to live here is high but the fixing things is an important issue to us . But the neighborhood is quiet the people are nice

These people dont know what they are doing. soooo unorganized. They have got to be new to the M.H.P. industry

Management has been making significant progress. Family, Friendly and Responsive to our concerns, they have shared their plans to continue to improve the park. I appreciate the spanish lady at the office, I can tell she was busy but she acknowledged me and she took the time for me to explain a situation.
