Madison Motor Inn

Stayed at Madison Motor Inn in East Hartford and had a solid experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy. It’s a simple, no-frills place but convenient for a short stay and good value for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Would stay again if I’m in the area.

The motel is family-owned, and you can really feel the difference—everyone I interacted with was polite, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had a comfortable stay. The room quality was also better than I expected for a motel. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the place. It had all the essentials, a comfortable bed, and a cozy feel that makes it easy to settle in.

I stayed here for a week while attending a conference in Hartford. It was excellent for the whole week. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. I especially liked the person at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
