I stayed at that inn, and it was very clean with excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I forgot about my first experience until I got here. Front desk staff especially morning shift are extremely rude, they act as if you’re bothering them even though you paid your money in order for them to be paid. Very rude staff here. I noticed also that all the employees have a problem with phone use. The front desk staff especially the puffy hair guy would much rather be on his phone then tend to guests properly, when I approached he acted as if I was interrupting his scrolling. The Vending machines don’t have anything in them besides CocaCola, no water or anything uncaffinated. I asked the front desk for water and told them the issue the first guy LIED and said they don’t have anything in the back and the audacity for of the second person

Nights Stayed: 6 nights (10/1 - 10/7) Room: 315 Reason for stay: My semi truck broke down and the company I work for set up repairs at the Freightliner Service shop a couple blocks away. Room: I give the room a four star rating because it was very clean, it was very comfortable, it had a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a nice TV, and even a nice lounge chair to sit in; but the only reason I did not give it five stars is because there was no microwave in it, however, there is a microwave in the breakfast area for all guests to use. I believe that every room should have a microwave. Walmart sells a basic microwave for $100 or less. Service: I give service five stars because all of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I recommended this hotel to my wife for a 2-night stay in order to save money versus a competitor's rates. I am incredibly sorry I made this recommendation based on positive stays at other Choice Hotel locations. The hotel was was very unclean and the complimentary breakfast was inedible. My wife informed the front desk clerk who listened attentively about the bad conditions but offered no remedy. I called the customer service line and the customer service rep informed me that the hotel would be inspected regarding my wife's complaints. I was given points which equated to approximately 1.5 night stay in value. I wish I had been offered a full refund instead along with the understanding that the deficiencies would be corrected so no future travelers would have to endure a similar stay

Very pleased with my stay here. Mark has treated me with respect since day 1 in every phase of my stay. Im a truck driver and have been broke down for going on 2 weeks. Rooms are great. Certainly will come back on my way through.
