MacArthur Village

I visited a friend of mine who lives at the Village. The staff in the security hut was friendly, parking was plentiful. The map of the Village was helpful in locating my friend's home, but she still had to come and get me because the complex is quite large and has multiple buildings. This community is secured by a gate and monitored by a security officer. I felt safe personally during my visit and I felt safe parking my car in the provided visitor parking spaces.

HOA board members should all be removed because they overcharge for everything and do absolutely nothing except take our hard-earned money. Stay far away. The HOA board members are pocketing the excessive $540 + $83 dues

longest time I ever spend checking in to make a delivery … and a waste paper, at the same time … this is such a crappy & poor looking housing development (especially, for these type of security measures)… you would think that “President” Biden would be living there with all that stupid security measures!

Worst rental service ever... you can wait days for an answer to a basic question on a line in the application. First they tell you that you are approved, and then after one more day of silence they saying that they rent out the apartment to someone else. Shameful service ever... Tiffany, I hope you will receive the same lvl service from others 👍

Worst HOA ever. Deferred maintenance to the point where balcony railings and stairs are falling apart, homeless people sleeping in dumpsters, no enforcement of dogs barking all day and all night, draconian parking policies, water gets shut off for hours at least once a week, no maintenance of washers and dryers… BUT for some reason they’ve decided it’s important to crack down on my neighbors having plants by their front door under the guise of “ongoing efforts to enhance the beauty of our community”. How exactly does forcefully removing plants make the community more beautiful? See the attached photo for the letter that was put on everyone’s door. Whether you’re a buyer or a renter, I’d stay away if I were you.
