Red Roof Inn Santa Ana

Amazing stay! Every employee is so sweet such a welcoming attitude. I stayed here with my boyfriend in a one-bed room and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I didn’t see or find any bugs, and there was no damaged furniture everything worked perfectly. You can tell the property is taken care of. One thing to note is that you might occasionally see one or two homeless individuals nearby, but they were not on the property, never disturbed anyone, and didn’t approach guests at all. They kept to themselves and were very calm. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. the staff were very cordial and helpful. the location of the hotel is great.for improvement: I think i would enjoy my stay more if the hotels would include disposable slippers in their amenities (but none of the hotels I booked in California had those).I like the staff, they smile a lot.not all the outlets work though

Positive: The room are good. AC works, quiet and good location. Check in is quick and easy. There was someone behind the vending machine charging their phone and I saw security ask him to leave with in 2 minutes. I felt safe Negative: Rooms do need a deep cleaning or update paint or caulking.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and motels in California. This is by far one of the nicest the rooms are always clean they don't look like the 1970s for the most part everything works and it's kind of hard to get more Central than here if you're in Orange county. The staff is nice and I have nothing bad to say. Normally I have at least one or two bad things to say at pretty much every place we've stayed. In fact do me a favor and don't stay here so they have the rooms available for us thank you 😂

The customer service is not good at all. The front desk staff are not nice at all. They make you feel like you're staying there for free and you're a nobody. This is very upsetting because I thought this would be a nice place to stay.
