Royal Roman Motel

Each room is unique, and it seems like you're given alot of freedom to do with it as you will. If you're a long term guest, that is. I have never rented here myself, but have been in a few rooms. They've all got the basics. Security is lax, you pay for the local attractions. If you aren't a local or interested in becoming one I might find another part of town to stay in. I gave 5 stars cuz small businesses are tough to operate, and the manager seems like a decent person.

This place is like the worst place ever Its over price and drugs everywhere. The place was raided by Santa Ana police just the other day. I was so ready to leave but already paid for my room. Don't stay here you will regret it the roaches have more freedom then the guest..stay away.

The location is convenient to access a variety of bars and night clubs and restaurants but the rooms need a little updating to say the least.the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly

WORST FILTHIEST “MOTEL” EVER. The owner is an Asian lady with the worst attitude and anger issues. She started assaulting me and stole my room key so I couldn’t go back to get my stuff out of that nasty room #218 when I went to the front desk complaining about the shower NOT working and the room being a NIGHTMARE. I couldn’t even lay in the bed, trust me you would be disgusted too. Never in my life have I experienced such disrespect from a 50-year-old lady that FAIL to manage her miserable little business. It’s only a matter of time until this disgusting place gets SHUT DOWN!!! Oh and also she threatened to call the police when I wanted access to the room that I PAID FOR, for 2 nights but when I threatened her to call them myself, she rushed to the 1st floor to unlock my room door and let

Only certain people will like this place. If it's not what you are looking for then obviously you will not like it. If all you have is cash and your ID has been stolen/lost/expired then The Royal Roman is the place for you. If you like to be left alone or if you hate being looked at funny by the employees at snootier hotels then The Royal Roman is the spot for you...
