M & T's Motel

The place is totally run down and falling apart! They're not kept clean, and updated, (that's including the fact that the cleaning responsibilities are supposed to be done by the person renting the room, but it's nasty when I moved in, and then it took me over a week to be able to get someone to help me get cleaning supplies! And the staff are very disrespectful and rude!

UPDATE: The $10 fee a poster is griping about is for criminal and background checks that we run in order to get you approved for one of our apartments. You do not pay that for all of our rentals. If you don’t want to pay the $10, it’s probably because you can’t pass the background check. And you do not have to pay $10 a visitor after 8pm. There are NO visitors after 11pm as stated in the rules and the $10 is if you add a person to your room after you check in. Nice, clean place. Rates are cheap and because of that, don’t expect a 5star hotel. Management is strict but that is why it is such a quiet place. If you are a good person and don’t start trouble, she won’t bother you. This place was very cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. The shower didn't have any hot water. Half the lights didn't work. It was very stuffy. It smelled horrible. They had roaches. I had to pay an extra $10 just to get the remote for the TV. It was my first time visiting Arkansas, not a good representation of the hotels they have to offer. Honestly I think the place should be shut down. Was told we couldn't have visitors unless they paid $10 per person after 8 PM.

Yes it is an old motel, yes it’s a little run down and worse for wear, but it is actually decent and fair for what it is. And the lady up front will TELL you what it is straight up. So there’s no surprise when you get your room. Only complaint is that I wish my room had been cleaned a little better before I had got into it.

They are nice people and my room wasn't the greatest but it was clean and had everything I needed in it.
